  • AudioCodes will provide up to 2 sessions (total of 2 hours) of onboarding sessions to support initiating the Direct Routing peering and user setup.
  • Network access for the POC will be supported via Internet access between the customer location and the AudioCodes Live node.
  • POC support is provided based on best efforts - no guaranteed SLA.
  • The promotion is valid for end customers and will be terminated on December 31, 2023.
  • The benefit will be provided only to customers that register.
