What’s Dual Persona?
To create a more intuitive agent experience, Dual Persona allows contact centers to apply finer control to the ringing behavior of your Teams contact center. With the new Dual Persona, you can configure where calls ring, the Voca agent desktop (Voca Worker App) or the Teams client. 
Who is it for?
We’re looking for We’re looking for Voca CIC enterprise customers with a minimum of 50 agents 
Do I need to prepare anything?
You don’t need to prepare anything! We want to gather input from your experience, so just make sure you have some time to test and share your feedback with us. 
What should I expect?
You'll meet one-on-one with AudioCodes' Teams CX engineers to implement and configure Dual Persona in your own Voca CIC instance, understand the known limitations of Dual Persona, and review what to expect. Once set up and using Dual Persona, we’ll work with you to collect your feedback as part of the design partnership. There is no cost associated with the Early Access Program.
